Interested in Serving on the Committee?
PhD holders may apply for Scientific Committee membership if they demonstrate relevant research activity and the required academic background.
Professional Rank and Recognized Institution
Applicants must hold the rank of Assistant Professor or above. They should be affiliated with a recognized university or another established higher education or research institution.
Communication Skills and Fair Review
Applicants need strong English proficiency. They must assess submissions fairly and independently using clear academic criteria. Their feedback should be constructive and follow accepted academic integrity standards.
Annual Submission Review Requirement
Members generally complete three to four submission reviews each year. Assignments may be arranged with flexibility to reflect other responsibilities.

Official Certificate
After each conference, members receive an official certificate acknowledging their academic service.
International Scholarly Networking
Membership allows participants to connect with researchers and academics working internationally across several disciplines.
Discounted Registration Rates
Scientific Committee members qualify for lower registration rates for future events.
Consideration for Journal Editorial Roles
Members may also be considered for appointments to journal editorial boards supported by partner publishers.
